Ayurveda means “the knowledge of life and longevity”, or is also referred to as the “art of living”

Ayurveda views the body-mind-soul as an intelligent whole and helps us understand the natural world and our relationship to it. The wisdom of Ayurveda feels timeless and true for me. It is simple and it just makes sense. It is an empowering system for personal health and wellness through everyday selfcare and the wisdom of awareness.

Health is a dynamic state of harmony between our physical body, our mind, our senses and our soul. We can transform our health by choosing the right diet, lifestyle, way of thinking to create a harmonious balance.

I seek to empower you with the knowledge and tools that will enable you to live in harmony with nature’s rhythms. We will explore food as medicine, movement, breath work, meditation, body yantras and daily rituals.
